What is the difference between a Stellar Retreat and a Stellar Expedition?
A Stellar Retreat follows the principle of leadership growth in a luxurious retreat setting. This experience spans across a 3-5 day timeframe, provides you with the opportunity to immerse yourself into a series of adventure and wellness experiences and is designed to support you in gaining clarity, connecting with your inner self and purpose, and accelerating momentum toward achieving your desired outcomes. A Stellar Expedition goes deeper into back-country wilderness and spans over a 7-10 day timeframe. This is for those who want more and are enlivened by extreme adventure! This journey is designed to create the ideal space of discovery, recalibration and introspection through deeply connecting with raw nature.
Why adventure? How does adventure support the leadership journey?
As leaders, we often have to make difficult decisions, but sometimes, we get stuck, we get overwhelmed and even risk burnout from continuously chasing our never ending list of deliverables. Getting out in nature allows us that space to step out of our routines, reflect on if we're still on the path we need to be on and access that space of mind from which creativity flows. Why do we need to apply for an experience?

Are flights included?
Flights are not included in the quoted price of the experience. If you need support with booking a private charter or commercial flight, we do have preferred partners that can support you with this process.
