Today we welcome you at the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs, located in the heart of Banff National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This world-famous landmark, situated in the picturesque alpine town of Banff, has hosted world leaders, royalty and people of influence over the past century. Today, it will host you and provide the backdrop for your story to unfold as you join your crew.
In this space of inspiration, as you sip your vitality optimization refreshment, we take you through our mission readiness checklist, go over the day’s objectives and embark on an epic adventure day.
The Adventure of a Lifetime
As we take a short journey to our adventure destination, we take a moment to reflect on what we would like to get out of this Stellar Day. We set our intention and familiarize ourselves with those we share today’s experience with.
As the day evolves, you will be immersed in nature, hanging off the side of a mountain, feeling your heart pounding, and living in the moment as you rebalance yourself and your mind.
It is in these moments of pure presence, soaring above the clouds, that clarity manifests itself, and that breakthroughs emerge.
While observing our thoughts, patterns and life, we not only take notes, we take action.
With that, we step into the next chapter of our day.
Wellness Within
Now that we have interrupted the patterns of life through an exhilarating experience, this afternoon is about taking a journey within and allowing for creativity to flourish, and inspiration to strike.
We do this by diving deep into Forest Bathing or Shinrin-Yoku - the practice of being in nature as a mindfulness practice of sensory immersion. With breathwork being central to this spiritual and wellness modality, you immerse yourself in peace and tranquility, to slow down and connect with nature in a way you may not have previously experienced.
In this space of bliss and connection, we engage in guided discussions about peak performance, life mastery and our life’s blueprints.
Our nature immersion session concludes with a nourishing tea ceremony using locally foraged ingredients, ensuring that you return from this experience feeling rejuvenated with a deeper sense of bliss, faith and connection.
Transformational Integration
As the sun starts to set, we return to the Fairmont Banff Springs and indulge in the ultimate luxury dining experience.
Feeling accomplished, we celebrated our shared experiences, our new friendships and our breakthroughs. In this peak state of gratitude, clarity and fulfillment, we strategically put pen to paper and design our blueprint for success in this next chapter of our life and business.

Is this experience for me?
Are you a leader, CEO, or founder who has an appreciation for outdoor adventures and seeking more out of life? Do you represent a leadership executive team and are looking to elevate your team’s performance, teamwork and synergy? Then yes, this is absolutely for you.
Is transportation and airport transfers included in a Stellar Day?
Transportation to and from the airport is not typically included in this program package. However, we can assist you in arranging transportation services if needed. Once you arrive at the designated meeting point, all transportation during the program is included and will be provided.
Is this an adventure experience, executive retreat, or a leadership program?
It is all of that and more. Our programs are designed to deliver leadership distinctions and growth opportunities through adventure experiences. We believe in shaking things up and getting outside the boardroom to create transformation through experiential learning.
Why do we need to apply for an experience?
For transformation to occur, it is important to have alignment on values and mindset. We only accept candidates who are committed to radical ownership, growth mindset and are excited by the idea of pushing boundaries while embracing challenges as a means to grow.

What level of physical fitness is required for participation?
While a basic level of fitness is recommended, our programs can be customized to accommodate participants with varying fitness levels and abilities.
